Established since 2006, Cilantro Culinary Academy is Malaysia’s largest private vocational academy with expertise in both culinary and pastry fields. Equipped with 12 hotel standard kitchens, classrooms and a line of professional chefs with extensive working experience in 5-star hotels, we aim to provide the best vocational culinary education to students aged 16 and above who has the dream to become a Chef.
Recognizing the importance of skills in a chef, the students here spend at least 70% of their time in the kitchen whereby the balance of 30% is spent in classroom for budgeting, costing management, kitchen management, food nutrition and other theory subjects. Each student’s work is being monitored closely by the chef instructor in-charged as we control the number of students in each class to ensure each student is getting the sufficient attention and guidance

· Recognizing the global demand on skilful and knowledgeable chefs around the world, Cilantro Culinary Academy partners with University of West London(UWL) to map our students to their Bachelor Degree in Food & Professional Cookery
· UWL’s London School of Hospitality and Tourism is the recipient of 2009 The Queen’s Anniversary Prizes for Higher and Further Education
